At Techtronic, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, exchanges, and warranties.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return a product if:
It is defective
It arrives damaged
The wrong item was delivered
The product is still sealed and unused (within 7 days)
2. Non-Returnable Items
Used or damaged items
Software, digital downloads, and opened accessories
Items with missing packaging or accessories
Hygiene-sensitive products (earbuds, earpieces, etc.)
3. Warranty
Most products carry a manufacturer’s warranty, typically:
6 – 12 months for electronics
3 – 6 months for accessories
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does NOT cover:
Physical damage
Water damage
Misuse or negligence
Unauthorized repairs
4. Process for Returns
To request a return:
Email support@techtronic.co.za within the return period.
Provide order number, product details, and issue description.
Techtronic will arrange inspection or collection.
5. Refunds
Refunds may take 3–7 business days after approval.
Refund method will match original payment method.
6. Exchanges
Where possible, defective products may be repaired or replaced.
If replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
