1. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery:

• 1–3 working days — major cities

• 3–7 working days — outlying areas

Delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier issues.

2. Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

• Location

• Product size/weight

• Courier rates

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed once:

• Payment is confirmed

• Stock is verified

Orders placed after 3PM are processed the next business day.

4. Risk & Ownership

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
